TOHS Lancer Band Requires the following forms to be submitted by May 30, 2025 (or as soon as possible). Your student should have received their packet at school. You may submit the forms to the white box in the band room at TOHS. If you are unable to access this, please contact vp-band@tohsband.org to make alternate arrangements.

- Uniform Agreement (Marching Band only)
- Marching Band Shoes purchase (Marching Band only)
Additionally, your student must have athletic clearance prior to participating in any band camp. Additional information can be found here: TOHS Athletics Page
You may make your annual contribution and purchase your marching shoes in the Band Boosters Webstore. While no student will be denied access to the program based on inability to pay, family contributions are critical to ensure the overall quality of our award-winning program. The band boosters provide the funding necessary for all additional instructors and musical coaches, sheet music, instrument maintenance and repair, entry fees for competitions, costumes and props, meals and snacks for students during extended rehearsals and competitions, transportation of instruments and equipment to all off-site performance locations, and much more.

Marching Band camps
- July 16 and 17, 2025; 8:30-5pm (strongly recommended but not mandatory)
- July 10 and 24, 2025; 2-5pm (strongly recommended but not mandatory)
- August 4-8, 2025; 8:30-4pm (mandatory)
- August 11-15, 2025; 9:30-5pm (mandatory)
Marching Band Field Show preview and parent mixer
- August 15, 2025 in the afternoon (more information to come via email over the summer)
*We encourage all families to join us for the parent mixer, even if your student is not in marching band. This will be a great opportunity to meet other band families, connect with Booster Board members, and ask any questions you may still have lingering before the school year starts.*
First concert - October 23, 2025
September 24, 2025 at 7:30pm: First general booster meeting of the year, which will include approval of the annual budget.
September 27, 2025: Sounds of Conejo! This exciting event is the unofficial kick-off to Marching Band season and includes 10+ bands from other local high schools. Each band gets the opportunity to showcase their field show and the evening's finale includes all marchers on the field performing one song together! Many will tell you this is their favorite event of the year so mark your calendar now!
You will have an opportunity to purchase alt wear, including hats, sweatshirts, tees, and polos in early August. Please watch your email for more information!
Staying connected
This is your one stop shop for all things band. The band staff update the calendar regularly with detailed information regarding all band events. We highly encourage parents to check this website at least weekly, and more frequently during competition seasons. Competition information is often relayed to band staff just a few days before competitions, so it’s best to be in the habit of checking the website 1-2 days before each competition as well.
